  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Evorix reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to stock issues, payment verification, or unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently provide nationwide shipping within Pakistan.

For international shipping requests, customers must contact us prior to placing an order.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote/Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier service delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Security or regional restrictions

Evorix shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Evorix reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without prior notice.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation and restriction on future COD orders.


6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking information may be provided via SMS, email, or courier tracking system (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments after dispatch.


7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept order

The order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos/videos as proof.

Evorix will coordinate with the courier company for resolution. Compensation is subject to courier claim approval.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Evorix shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect address information.
